Get to know us
Rampage Aesthetics was founded in 2017 by a husband and wife team and we are a rapidly growing business and now provide personal training and massage therapy services.
Our primary objective is to help people live long and healthy lives so that they can enjoy precious time and create happy memories with loved ones and generations to come.
Having worked with other providers over the past and having witnessed certain practices, Rampage Aesthetics was set up with a view of providing not only what the clients wants and needs with full transparency, but more so in that you not only get what you pay for but you get much much more.
Everyone from the coaches, therapists and consultants have worked within the NHS and health sector, therefore each person understands and acknowledges that we are not simply just selling a product and then looking to our profit and loss to see how much money is being made. Our product is YOU and YOUR health, which goes far and beyond a proof and loss sheet. We make sure we invest the time and energy so that you reach your goals and ambitions and we are always more than happy to hear from you should you wish to discuss this in more detail. Head over to our contact us page or use that hat facility inn the bottom right hand corner and a member fo the team will be in touch.
Certified Fitness Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist, Tutor and Founder
Bal Sidhu spent over 2 decades within senior management working for the NHS.
At the age of 40 and after a routine GP health check he realised that due to working long hours and not prioritising his health this had started to deteriorate. Bal weighed 115KG, was not eating properly, skipped meals, had started to develop aches and pains due to being overweight, being sat down all day and poor posture.
3 years ago he decided enough was enough and started to focus on his health and rehabilitate his body so it was pain free. He lost an amazing 30kg, and now lives a life free from pain and injury. He quit his job and trained to become a personal trainer and sports massage therapist so he could help others achieve the same and more.

Dr Gurjit Nahal
(Doctor of Chiropractic DC) MChiro, BSc. Hons Physiotherapy, MCSP
Having worked as a Physiotherapist for over 10 years, I found that I wanted to provide a more comprehensive experience for my patients. At which point I studied Chiropractic, and was amazed with the speed of results, particularly when combining the two therapies.
I have amassed significant experience across the NHS, Occupational Health at BMW and MINI, the private sector and sports teams. I have now decided to combine this experience with my passion for improving well being and health, and I am excited about having my own practice in the Jewellery Quarter.
I am passionate about helping people. Here I am able to provide a complete and well-rounded service that is second to none. I am keen to help people from all walks of life, be it athletes/sports professionals to more sedentary lifestyles.
Adult Health Nurse (DipHE)
Sabrina works for the NHS and has been an adult nurse for 15 years.
Sabrina has had a variety of roles within the NHS which includes being on the forefront of delivering patient care to senior management.
Sabrina is passionate about patients and ensuring that patients get the best possible care.
Sabrina's role at Rampage Aesthetics is to advise on any medical concern trainers/therapist may have and so they can be re-directed for follow up should the need arise. Sabrina will not be conducting any clinical assessments, but providing her expertise to allow the trainers and therapist to decide the best course of action.
